Fast track inquests

There are many straightforward and uncontentious cases referred to the Coroner, with no requirement for witnesses to attend. Evidence will be read where witness statements are sufficiently detailed and not disputed.

Fast track inquests will be heard at the Devon Coroner’s Office.

Any inquests listed will be held at the earliest opportunity.
