The Deceased was suffering from terminal malignant melanoma requiring oramorph pain relief when late in the morning of 19th November 2015 he collapsed as a result of ingestion of a fatal quantity of oramorph at 19 Sawyers Close, Moretonhampstead, Devon. His wife survived an overdose on the same occasion, of oramorph. There was no note.
